 Carlsbad. Leader of the M.O.B.(Masters Of Blizzaster) He and his loyal gang of misfits on on a mission to steal the sky and rule the world.

Jay, the great and powerful, merged with the internet due to a freak accident while participating in a top secret military experiment gone wrong, is the head of the Scuba Squad and in charge of day to day operations monitoring the city.

 This M2 clone is just one of many tools at the M.O.B's disposal who constantly try to take out the Scuba Squad on a daily basis. He has many forms when he grows giant size, so the Scuba Squad would be wise not to underestimate him.

               M.O.B. Zord 1is one of several forms used by the M.O.B. in their quest for destruction.

Nitro, member of the M.O.B., is the brilliant evil master mind behind all of the M.O.B.'s evil tech that is sent to destroy the city. He is also a cable guy who's rocket boots are on 24/7.

Pixie, the tiniest yet probably most dangerous member of the M.O.B. uses her mystical abilities to help the M.O.B. Zords gain their power. The M.O.B. has yet to utilize her to full potential, which when unleashed could be the key to defeating the Scuba Squad.

 Quinn is one of the key players that helped to create the Scubalanium and Quinntonium, (albeit by complete accident) that lead to the formation of the Scuba Squad. He is a blimp tour driver by day and second in command of the Scuba Squad. Upon discovering that the discovering that the chemicals he helped create give the teammates their amazing uniforms that express their inner self, he learns that he already was expressing his inner self, and he decides to just tilt his hat to the side while in battle.

 RC, member of the Scuba Squad, employee of Radio Shack, is the brute force of the Scuba Squad and is not to be reckoned with.

 One of the M2 Robo Clones. Thought to be far superior than the regular clones, until it was discovered that the red button on their chest initiates a self destruct sequence that finishes them out with one hit.

 Scuba Steve, heroic leader of the Scuba Squad works as an under water Submarine tour guide and as a lab assistant at his former college with fellow squad member Quinn. He and Quinn created the chemicals used to make the Scuba Squad possible. He was once known for his long flowing locks of hair until Nitro delivered a swift kick to the back of the head with his rocket boots. He will do everything in his power to stop the tragedy of losing amazing hair from happening to the citizens he protects.

  Suz is the ladies man of the M.O.B. he uses his suave skills to create diversions that help the M.O.B. in their quest for world domination.

 Tom is a former M.O.B. member who joined the Scuba Squad after witnessing the chaos that his former friends where creating and decided that they needed to be stopped.

Travi is a brilliant mind trapped in the body of a bumbling simpleton. he is in charge of all things tech in the Scuba Squad.
